The Prince’s Trust has worked with ConnectFutures for a number of years, most recently running EDI and Anti-Racism sessions. Following the sessions we were able to create a much more informed EDI action plan for the team with areas of focus such as recruitment, talent management, and accessibility of development opportunities. We’ve also been able to work on developing a cultural competency training module for all staff in the organisation. ConnectFutures have provided us with the framework, context, language and tools to be able to start putting this into meaningful practice.
